Song of Solomon is written mostly of romance. But right in the middle is some very valuable information and wisdom for our lives. The "little foxes" that spoil the vine (Song of Solomon 2:15).
It's a number of "small issues", those choices that seem so insignificant, and those things that force compromises that destroy peoples lives not the big ones.
What are the foxes in your life? We need to watch for those foxes a challenge ourselves each day to forgive those minor offenses so our hearts can stay clean. That means not cutting corners on job or finances when no one is looking. Who are we when no one is looking? What type of influences do we expose ourselves to? Before we know it, all the little things become big. And the little things can allow the foxes to destroy a healthy vine.
